Roger brings 50 years’ experience in the automobile racing industry, including terms with Cooper, Ford, Ferrari and McLaren. Following five years as IMSA technical director, Bailey was co-founder of Firestone Indy Lights Series, and until his recent retirement had held the position of Executive Director of the same series with the Indy Racing League.
Tony has 30 years’ experience and quite an extensive background in the composite industry. He has extensive experience with the manufacture of commercial tooling, mold making, manufacturing of composite parts, construction and repair of racing parts both structural and non-structural. These include areas of Industrial, Military, Automotive, and Medical applications. From his experience in the racing industry working with and for race teams he has been through the complete process of manufacturing complete cars. From building the models, and working in the wind tunnel, all the way to the full production of the car itself for both Indycar and Sports cars.
Julian was born into a racing family, and attended his first race with his father long before his second birthday. This trend continued throughout his academic years, school during the week, racing events at weekends. Shortly after graduation he chose composites as a way of life. He initially worked with, and was trained by Tony, at a company that they eventually purchased in 2009 and formed the current JT Composites.
Jan has 15 years’ experience working with advanced composite structures and has lead teams in the development of open wheel race car chassis’, unmanned aerial vehicles and prototype aircraft.
